The Trade Yard, Driffield – Sold

PPH Commercial have completed the sale of The Trade Yard, Skerne Park, Skerne Road, Driffield a multi let industrial estate in East Yorkshire on behalf of clients Allenby Commercial.

The industrial terrace comprises 4 units totalling 13,200 sq ft and has recently been constructed after developers Allenby Commercial acquired the site through PPH Commercial.  A lease of unit 1 was agreed on a pre let to Tool Station while Unit 2 has been let to Motor Parts Direct.  Units 3 & 4 are occupied by The Parts People.
