PPH Commercial proud to help Asolvi complete successful relocation in hull

Asolvi purchased Hull-based company PC Data in July 2019 and has major expansion aspirations for the software specialists, who are the UK’s leading independent supplier of fire and security systems.

Now they have snapped up luxurious new offices in the Riverside Building on Hessle’s Livingstone Road, which were being marketed by PPH Commercial.

Asolvi is a private group of companies owned by its Norwegian founders, management and Viking Venture. Since acquiring PC Data, they can now boast more than 1,500 customers across 30 different countries.

The ambitious group moved to their new-look modern offices this month, having previously been based in Boothferry Road, Hull.

In the next five years, they hope to increase staff numbers by 50 per cent – fuelled by demand for the popular Alarm Master system which was devised by PC Data and is now used by more than 600 customers across the UK.

Divisional director Ben Cooper, who conducted the deal for PPH on behalf of the landlord, believes Asolvi are now perfectly placed to realise their long-term growth aspirations.

Mr Cooper said: “Asolvi have made their ambitions perfectly clear since acquiring PC Data from Ken Symmonds and Philip Jackson, who had established a glowing reputation in the UK’s fire and security sector.

“They are clearly determined to become Europe’s premier provider of field service management software and this move to new modern premise is the logical next step in that journey.

“It’s a crisp, clean and modern work space which perfectly represents the expert skills and knowledge that Asolvi and provide.  Hopefully, this investment will pave the way for several new full-time jobs to be created during 2020 as this would provide Hull and the local economy with a much-needed boost.”
