NEW OWNER SECURED WITHIN DAYS AS INDUSTRIAL SITE IN MELTON PROVES POPULAR

Brought to market by PPH Commercial on behalf of nationally-known company Hodge Clemco, the 2.65-acre location had historically been used as a manufacturing site for abrasive materials.

But with the Sheffield-based business recently deciding to place more focus on its core market in South Yorkshire, Mr Medhurst identified a buyer for the East Yorkshire site in a matter of days.

Boasting a large range of historic industrial buildings and superb vehicular access from Gibson Lane South, the site has been snapped up by a regional waste company who are already in the process of relocating from its existing base in Hull.
