The ink is now dry on the deal to bring a well-known manufacturer and retailer to the 150,000sqft warehouse, making it the biggest industrial letting in the Hull and East Yorkshire area during the last 12 months.
Having acted on behalf of joint owners Citivale and LRE Capital to secure the prestigious tenant, Mr Medhurst is confident more recognised names will follow in their footsteps.

To date, £6m has been invested into regenerating the Humber Enterprise Park site and a further £1.2m has been earmarked for future improvements. Once complete, the business park - which is made up of one million sqft of office and industrial space, along with 20 acres of development land - will have created an estimated 1,600 new jobs.
