Steve brings more than 30 years’ Facilities Management experience to our team having undertaken roles including managing NHS PFI funded schemes, working as the National Facilities Manager for a high street retailer and more recently as an FM Consultant advising businesses on compliance issues and benchmarking FM service provision.
Steve is responsible for FM contract management, overseeing compliance, acting as a technical lead on M & E issues, mobilising new properties and undertaking project management of larger works.
