The Berkeley Business Centre, Doncaster Road, Scunthorpe has just been sold as an investment by PPH Commercial. The property comprises of a modern office development providing 24,772 sqft over four separate buildings and benefiting from a highly visible location just off Doncaster Road. The property was being marketed at a price of £1m and was at the time of the sale benefiting from a rental income of £122,600 pa with potential to increase this once further lettings are concluded.
PPH Commercial have also been retained by the new owners to market and manage the Berkeley Business Centre going forward.

Despite the affects of the pandemic we have still found there to be reasonable levels of demand for good quality office accommodation. The business centre has been purchased by a local buyer.
