Chartered Surveyor
- Location: First Floor Richmond House, Sidings Court, Doncaster, DN4 5JH
- Hours: 9.00am -5.30pm
- Salary: Dependent upon experience £35,000 - £50,000 per annum

About you
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Surveyor to join the busy Agency department covering the South Yorkshire region. The role is based in our Doncaster office.
About the role
The main duties of the role are as follows:
- Oversee the Doncaster offices agency instructions.
- Manage the sale and letting of all current and new agency instructions.
- Undertake acquisitions on behalf of retained clients.
- Identify and generate new agency instructions.
- Focus will be primarily on business space.
- Operate as part of a larger multi disciplined team with other company offices.
- Reporting directly to the managing director.
Role requirements:
- RICS Qualified.
- Proven IT skills, including high-level Microsoft Word and Excel competencies.
- Well organised, efficient, using initiative and working to tight deadlines.
- A commitment to excellence and developing strong client relationships.
- Able to prioritise workload and to work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work within a small multi-disciplinary team, with excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Full UK driving licence with use of own car – business expenses paid.
What are all the practical details?
- Starting salary: Dependent upon experience? £35,000 – £50,000 per annum.
- Company benefits: 25 days holiday annually, increasing to 30 days after two years, discretionary bonus scheme, RICS and CPD fees paid.
- Location: First Floor Richmond House, Sidings Court, Doncaster, DN4 5JH. The role will be full-time office based, Monday – Friday 9.00 am-5:30 pm
- Start date is flexible
