26 Riverside, Driffield

The two storey offices and three storey mill building total some 7,500 sq ft and follow from a sale earlier in the year of 5,000 sq ft listed warehouse adjacent to Riverhead in Driffield.  The buildings where previously occupied by Mortimers Feeds who have successfully traded from the site for over 100 years.  Mortimers have now relocated to Kelleythorpe into new purpose built accommodation.  PPH Director Ben Medhurst who negotiated the sale has commented I am delighted to be able confirm the sale of 26 Riverside and the adjacent Mill Property to cosmic gifts.  James Mortimers have traded from the buildings for maybe 150 years and there now established in new premises at Kelleythorpe Industrial Estate.  I wish both businesses the very best of luck for the future.
