Nick leads the office agency team and specialises in the sale, acquisition and letting of office properties. He is also responsible for development work, promotional conception of a scheme through to successful completion, working closely with clients to identify development opportunities, helping them to manage risk and secure planning consent. With nearly 30 years of commercial property experience in the Yorkshire and Humber region, Nick's client base ranges from local individuals through to international companies.

Ben heads up the industrial agency team in the Hull office. Advising a diverse client base, Ben has overseen the development of the industrial team to a point where it regularly transacts more space per annum than any other firm in the region. PPH Industrial agency team have been awarded the EGi Industrial agents of the year in Yorkshire for the past 3 years. Ben acts for owners and occupiers throughout the Yorkshire and Humber region, specialising in development opportunities, refurbishment schemes and general agency advice.
