PPH Commercial recently completed a sale of a former Sainbury’s local store in Bootham York. Acting on behalf of Sainsbury’s following their relocation to new premises nearby.
The property has been purchased by a local retailer for their own occupation and comprises of the former convenience store and an adjoining occupied retail unit.
The sale was handled by Kath Barrett retail partner of PPH Commercial.
