OFFICE BUILDINGS TO BE CREATED IN OLD FOUNDRY
Developer buys Welton landmark

A landmark East Riding building has been sold following intense interest.
The Old Foundry at Cowgate, in Welton, was marketed by PPH Commercial.
The building was offered to the market as an office refurbishment opportunity, creating unique space on the edge of the popular village.
Following a flurry of interest, the sale of the property has now been completed to a local developer. The conversion of the building will get underway over the next few weeks.
Under plans, three office buildings will be created with car parking. Following a careful sympathetic refurbishment programme, the property will be offered on a rental basis.
The sale was completed by PPH Commercial partner Nick Pearce. He said "We were not at all surprised at the level of interest which we received as it offered the opportunity for an owner/occupier or developer to secure the unique property with great scope for development".
