BACK TO BASICS HEALTH CLUB STAFF ARE DELIGHTED BY THEIR CITY HOME
Perfect fit for new gym

An innovative personal fitness firm has moved into new premises in Bankside, thanks to PPH Commercial.
Gymfit is a regional health and fitness operator that has leased the unit in Hull and staff are delighted that they have secured new premises and hope to be up and running before the New Year. Alan Milburn, owner of Gymfit Ltd, said "Everything is on track and we should be ready to go. PPH has been very helpful in finding us the site and we are really impressed with it. There are good links with the city and it seems to be a good area with access to the majority of Hull's population. We have everything you could need, showers, changing rooms and gym equipment".
The gym is being introduced as a revolution in personal fitness. Mr Milburn, who has run health clubs for eight years said "The best way to describe it is as a cross between a health club and Ryanair. We want to take away all the things people do not need and get back to basics. There are no saunas or steam rooms, just quality equipment. That means we can offer the gym for £14.99 a month, which represents massive savings for people".
Ben Medhurst, partner at PPH Commercial said "I am delighted to complete the letting of this unit to Gymfit Ltd. I am sure its innovative approach to personal fitness will be just as much a success here in Hull as it has been over the water in Grimsby".
The unit extends to 7,500 sq ft and forms part of ispace Investments successful ipark development at Bankside.
Gymfit will be joining other occupiers on the site, who include CPD Plc, Rexel Senate, Hull Exhaust and CT Global Ltd.
