WEST HULL FIRM SHE KNOWS NEW PREMISES GIVES ROOM FOR EXPANSION
A Healthy Business Move

A West Hull firm that provides health and safety training has moved into new premises. She Knows Health and Safety moved into its new building on Goulton Street.
She Knows employ 15 staff. Staff feel their new premises will give them room for expansion.
Linda Crossland-Clarke, owner of the firm, said "We set up in 2003 and have been growing ever since. I came back from working in the Falkland Islands and looked at the skills I had and where they could be applied. I decided the health and safety market was an area for me to go into. But because of the demands on my time as a parent I made the decision to go self employed. Health and safety full time is an 8am to 6pm job. It has been the right decision, look at us now".
The firm employs 15 staff in 7,500 sq ft of space. As well as office space there are three training rooms and room for expansion.
Ms Crossland-Clarke said "Because of the extra space we will be able to offer a lot more. We are already planning to add forklift training and first aid to our range of services".
The deal went through earlier this year thanks to help from property firm PPH Commercial.
Ben Medhurst a partner at PPH said "We are delighted to complete the sale of this high profile property to the growing Hull business. I am sure Linda and her team will continue to run their business from their new Goulton Street address".
