PROPERTY AGENT SECURES TWO NEW TENANTS ON WEST HULL BUSINESS PARK
Letting firm's double hit

Property firm PPH has announced two new lettings in west Hull.
The commercial property agent welcomed the Yorkshire Bed Company and Pure Tech Ltd into new premises at the Sullivan Business Park.
And both firms are delighted with their decision to move.
Paul Hatley, manager of Pure Tech, which trades as Pure Fitness and Sports, told the Mail, "The premises were all ready to go and just what we needed. We have been trading since 1995 and are well established. Our turnover has gone up by 30 per cent year on year and our sales are doing extremely well. Demand has doubled so we needed the floor space. We were bursting at the seams in the old building, but this is much more like it. The start of the year was very strong in terms of performance. Of course, it went quiet for us in the summer like it did for everyone else. But we are in the new premises now and ready for the Christmas rush".
Pure Tech is a web based retailer involved in the health and fitness market. The move represents a significant expansion from its previous warehousing operation. It made the move from Unit 4 at the West Dock Business Park into unit three to take advantage of the 15,000 sq ft floor space.
The vacant unit was taken by the Yorkshire Bed Company. Unit 4 is a 7,500 sq ft warehouse and will be used as the bed company's main distribution facility. It also has premises supplementing its retail establishments in Clough Road and Swinemoor Lane, Beverley.
Ben Medhurst, partner at PPH Commercial said "I am delighted we have concluded these two significant transactions on Sullivan Business Park. Its always good to see local businesses moving forward and I would like to wish both organisations the very best for the future".
