EMPLOYMENT SKILLS TRAINER DELIGHTED WITH ITS NEW CITY CENTRE OFFICES

Space for us to expand

An employment organisation dedicated to helping people into work has expanded its services in Hull.

Igen Future Pathways Ltd has taken a lease on a 3,100 sq ft office space in Dunedin House, Percy Street, Hull city centre, to create a new training centre.

The new facility has been developed alongside the body's two other Hull locations, in the Central Library and in Centre 88 in Saner Street.

It consists of four training rooms and a career advice office and will be used to deliver tailored services to adults wanting to find employment.

Michelle Peacock, service delivery manager at Igen, said the new building allowed the body to expand its service provision in Hull.

She said "The training rooms are very spacious and the staff think they are lovely. We are very pleased with them. This is the first time in the Humber area we are able to deliver the employability skills programme".

The property was leased by Hessle commercial agent PPH.

Ben Cooper, surveyor at the firm, said "We are delighted to have been able to assist Igen in their search for additional office space in the city centre. Igen had specific requirements and Dunedin House fitted the bill".

"I am sure that Igen will be successful from their new premises, given the excellent location within the city centre and the high quality space provided".

Further space is available in Dunedin House, which has been extensively refurbished.
