MARKETING AGENCY SAYS ITS MOVE TO THE MALTINGS WILL CREATE A POSITIVE WORKING ENVIRONMENT
A move in the right direction

The Maltings is the new home of Hull creative marketing agency eskimosoup.
The move from eskimosoup's former base at Danish Buildings, High Street, will support the expansion of the firm and is the latest in a series of deals designed to strengthen the brand.
A 2008 merger between eskimosoup and web specialist T Media increased the need for more space. The company employs a team of 14 people and directors hope the new premises space at The Maltings will give them extra room and provide more space for visitors.
Chris Middleton, managing director, said, "One of the main reasons for the merger was to create a positive working environment where the creative team and the technical developers could produce innovations together to really benefit our clients. We have been in the new building for a month and we are very happy with it.
There are two things that are really important to us – looking after our clients and our staff. The new premises make us a lot more approachable as a firm and encourages people to come down and see us.
For the team, the new site makes a more positive atmosphere and a nicer place to work".
The move to The Maltings was arranged by property management company PPH Commercial.
Ben Cooper, surveyor said " We are delighted to announce the recent letting of the ground floor 1 Silvester Square, The Maltings.
The Maltings office complex has been subject to considerable interest and we have several other suites under offer to companies who are looking to relocate to the site.
The complex offers high quality office space with secure on site car parking and is proving to be extremely popular. The first and second floors in Silvester Square are still vacant and anyone interested in this space should contact PPH Commercial directly with suites ranging from 1,800 sq ft up to 3,400 sq ft".
The 2008 merger brought together eskimosoup's creative communication of ideas, social interaction and emotion with T Media's technical solutions to communication challenges.
John Gilbert, marketing director of eskimosoup, said the move was part of a programme of continual improvement in client care.
He told the Mail: "It's important to us that we are approachable and that people want to come and see us. This move gives us a great opportunity to strengthen the brand experience you receive when working with us".
Eskimosoup serves a portfolio of clients throughout the private, public and voluntary sector. The team has delivered multiple creative marketing projects over the past 12 months including running Hull Comedy Festival, social media marketing training, and the promotion of commercial and NHS campaigns via Facebook and other social media.
