LATEST SALE MEAN ONLY ONE BUILDING REMAINS AT PARK

A further 4,500 sq ft office building has been sold at Melton Park, leaving just one office building on site unoccupied.

Acting on behalf of national developers St Modwen, PPH Commercial last week confirmed the sale, and said another building was now under offer.

The offices have been bought by a local company to expand its business. Occupation will be taken up in October.

Nick Pearce of PPH Commercial dealt with the sale. He said " Over the past three months we have received a significant increase in enquiries at Melton Park and this has resulted in three sales being agreed very quickly. It leaves only one office building remaining on the site and limited industrial availability.

The park is now attracting a wide range of local and national companies and we expect to see further announcements on additional sales and lettings at Melton Park in the next few weeks".
