PPH WIN NATIONAL PROPERTY AWARD FOR 8TH YEAR IN SUCCESSION
14 March 2013
PPH Commercial have this week been named Yorkshires Most Active Commercial Agents in 2012 by the property industries leading publication the Estates Gazette.
EGI is the digital arm of the property industries leading publication and every year it collates data from agents across the country to establish which has been involved in the largest number of deals.
This competition includes many international, national and regional agents and this is the 8th year in succession that PPH has won the award.
A spokesman for the Estates Gazette pointed out that PPH was not only Yorkshires overall winner but was one of only 2 independent firms along with Leeds based Carter Towler to make the list with all others been powerful National chains. He said this means a company with its headquarters located in Hull has eclipsed all other agents operating across the whole of Yorkshire for the 8th year in a row which is rather impressive.
Nick Pearce partner of PPH Commercial commenting on the result said this is a fantastic achievement for the firm in these difficult economic times and is a recognition of the dedication and continued hard work of our whole team. To win the award once was a great achievement, but an unprecedented 8th time in succession is an amazing result and I believe shows the consistent high quality of the service that PPH gives.
Whilst clearly the volume of transactions throughout the county has reduced, clients fully appreciate that PPH work very hard on all there instructions and although is it not always easy to achieve the desired results in these tough time, we have had success in particular sectors which has undoubtedly helped us secure the award.
As always we will continue to provide a proactive service to all the clients and hopefully if the market conditions improve more deals can be done than in 2012, which we hope will help the firm secure this prestigious award for a 9th year.
