PPH Commercial was established in 1990, initially in Hull, but quickly establishing offices in Scunthorpe, Grimsby and Doncaster. The firm provides commercial property advice and expertise across the Yorkshire and Humber region. PPH Commercial is a multi-disciplined partnership of general practice chartered surveyors with over 50 members of staff. The firm is run along departmental lines with agency, professional and property management teams based in all 4 offices.
The agency team has won the EGI “Deals Done” competition for the last 5 years for the Yorkshire and Humber region, completing more transactions than any other firm across the region.
